Terms and conditions of sale and booking
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website platform: www.hotelconstanza.com, legally operated by Hotel Constanza S.L., hereinafter referred to as “Hotel Constanza”. By accepting these Terms, the User declares that they have read, understood and accepted the content herein and assume all obligations arising therefrom. If the User does not agree with the contents of this document, they must leave this website and may not access or use the services offered through it. Likewise, the User expressly and unconditionally accepts that access to and use of this website, its services and the content of such services takes place under their sole responsibility.
These Terms and Conditions shall be accepted by the parties without reservation and may be modified at any time without prior notice. It is the User’s responsibility to review them whenever making a booking or purchase. The Terms in force at the time the contract is concluded shall apply.
User Registration and Error Correction
It is not necessary to register in order to make a booking through this website. However, the personal data provided will be temporarily stored in the website database in order to manage or cancel your booking.
Making a Booking
In order to reserve a room at “Hotel Constanza”, the User must complete the booking form available on this website. By entering this information, the User acknowledges that they are providing personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The information entered by the User must be accurate, up to date and truthful.
Once the form has been submitted, the User will automatically receive an email containing all booking details.
All booking forms will be reviewed to ensure that the information provided is complete and correct. Should additional information be required, the “Hotel Constanza” team will contact the User.
Throughout the process, the User may receive notifications regarding the status of the booking.
By making a booking, an electronic contract is concluded under Spanish law, specifically pursuant to Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) and Law 03/2014 on Consumer Protection (LGDCU).
The electronic contract will not be archived by a third party and the language for its conclusion is Spanish. These Terms and Conditions may be saved and reproduced at any time by the User through their browser options and must be accepted prior to completing payment.
The booking process at “Hotel Constanza” is very simple:
1. Select your arrival and departure dates. If no availability exists, the system will display a message requesting alternative dates.
2. Select the room you wish to book from those available on the website.
3. Choose the board basis, any additional services you wish to purchase, complete the form with your personal details and click “Make Booking”.
4. Complete payment for the booking. Once finalised, you will receive an email detailing the booking information, confirmation code, PIN code for managing the booking, and purchase receipt or invoice. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, or if you notice any errors, please contact us.
Payment Methods
“Hotel Constanza” offers payment by credit or debit card to facilitate the booking process.
Payments are processed through CaixaBank’s secure Redsys payment gateway. Under this payment method, “Hotel Constanza” never collects or handles card details. All information is processed directly by the bank, ensuring maximum security, transparency and confidentiality.
Prices, Taxes and Fees
Room rates and additional services will be displayed once arrival and departure dates have been selected. All prices are expressed in Euros.
The advertised price includes VAT.
The local tourist tax is not included. It applies to guests aged 16 and over and is set at €4.68 per person per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. This tax must be paid directly at the hotel.
Cancellations and Dispute Resolution
At “Hotel Constanza”, customer satisfaction is our priority. Therefore, we offer two booking rates:
- Non-refundable: The full amount is charged at the time of booking. No refund is possible in the event of cancellation.
- Refundable: Payment may be made online or directly at the hotel. Credit card details are only used as a booking guarantee. Free cancellation is available up to two days before arrival. After that time, the cost of the first night will be charged. The same charge applies in the event of early departure or no-show.
Cancellations must be managed through the “My Booking” section of our website using the booking code and PIN code sent by email. Alternatively, cancellation requests may be submitted to info@hotelconstanza.com.
WITHDRAWAL FORM TEMPLATE
If, as a consumer, you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you may do so using this form, which should be completed and sent to:

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase and, in any event, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the withdrawal request. Any expenses resulting from exercising the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the purchaser.
In accordance with current European legislation, users are informed of the existence of the European Online Dispute Resolution platform. For consumer dispute resolution, pursuant to Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform available at:
