The A1 and A2 services connect Terminals T1 and T2 respectively with central Barcelona and operate 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

It is worth noting one small detail before travelling: to use Aeroport T1 and Aeroport T2 stations, you need a transport ticket that is valid for the airport, as some standard Barcelona transport tickets do not include access to these stations.
